SKY GEL Ultrasound Transmission Gel & ECG Gel Produce by ISD MEDITECH SDN BHD (ISD)
Dear Customer,
It has come to our knowledge and attention that one of the ISD distributor(s) has failed to perform their obligations and also practicing unethical business practice by making fake and malicious statements against ISD ‘s company and products.
Our distributor has alleged, amongst others, that:
- SKY GEL Ultrasound Transmission Gel was recalled in Year 2022 due to bacteria detected in the Ultrasound Transmission Gel manufactured by ISD Meditech Sdn Bhd;
- ISD Meditech Sdn Bhd is unable to provide any solution to free the ultrasound gel from microbial growth;
- ISD Meditech Sdn Bhd has ceased manufacturing of SKY GEL Ultrasound Transmission Gel.
We, ISD Meditech Sdn Bhd hereby state and confirm to all customers that, ALL the above information are NOT TRUE.
We further state and confirm that:
- All SKY GEL Ultrasound Transmission Gel manufactured by ISD remain safe and harmless for continuous use.
- At ISD, we ensure product’s quality and reliability by adhering to the strictest quality control and infection control guidelines with each and every line.
